Copperfiled was born approx. 4.20.14 He weighs currently 50 lbs . July 2014 He was brought into a high kill shelter adopted after about 48 hrs and ............ got loose and took off and was on the run until trapped the night of 7.22.14 Thanks to everyone involved in him being captured and brought to safety. 7.23.14 Saved from being euthanized David Copperfield? is now a STAR ! We been helping him to come out of his shell and learn to trust people. One day at a time :) Copperfield has STILL strong trust issues around people he does not know! Copperfield needs a very dedicated and loving home, somebody who is willing and able to earn his trust. He would do best with another social and well balanced animal in the home a 4 legged friend he can lean on. Secure fenced in property is an ABSOLUTE MUST! Home visit required! Make sure you chose a dog by breed, size, energy level and age that will fit your activity level and lifestyle We require a fenced yard (exceptions made on a case by case basis - NO exceptions for puppies or deaf/vision impaired dogs). We require that all other animals in the home be up to date on vaccinations and heartworm prevention (proof required)as well as spayed/neutered and that all dogs live inside as a part of the family. Our Animals have been vet examined are ALL spayed/neutered via laser, vaccinated current to age, heartworm tested and kept current on monthly preventions.
